As an ICF credentialed Associate Certified Coach with multiple degrees in leadership, Linda McAnelly has a passion for working with leaders and individuals to recharge their energy and renew their zest for leading and living. Linda’s greatest joy is helping clients meet their goals from their own self-selected agendas.
Linda is a strong proponent of the Institute in IPEC coaching principal that “The greatest freedom is the freedom of choice.” With that premise in mind, Linda partners with her clients to help them lead and live as the clients choose. Linda finds great satisfaction when clients find solutions to things that have puzzled them or created stagnation. Linda has found that through powerful questions and action steps, clients find solutions step by step or piece by piece.
Linda has a passion for training and working with leaders. She has been a successful leader herself and has trained school boards and upper administration for more than a decade. With multiple degrees in leadership and education, Linda can tailor your coaching session or your leadership training to meet the needs of your organization or your personal needs.
Linda is a private consultant, a leadership trainer, and an independent leadership coach for the Doerr Leadership Institute at Rice University. She also has served as a school administrator and superintendent for almost 18 years. Linda currently works with school districts on training leadership teams on a variety of topics including the TTESS appraisal system and TTESS implementation. In addition to Master’s Degree and doctoral-level work in leadership, Linda has two-years of coaching, her ACC coach credential, and is a member of the international coaching community through ICF.
